  • Q: What makes your feed different from others?
    A: Our feed is 100% natural, made from non-GM ingredients, and contains no artificial additives. It’s specially formulated to support healthy, happy poultry with strong egg production.
  • Q: How long does delivery take?
    A: Orders are processed within the same day if ordered before 11am otherwise it'll be the following working day, and delivery times depends on your location but we generally aim to get it to you within 1-2 working days. NOTE:     Due to the nature of our business there may be extended lead times sometimes for certain items, however every effort will be made to deliver all products by the agreed date.
  • Q: Is this feed suitable for other types of poultry besides laying hens?
    A: Our Allen & Page and Verm-X layer pellets are specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of laying hens, supporting consistent egg production and strong shells. While they can be fed occasionally to other poultry like ducks or broilers, they may not provide the optimal nutrition required for those birds long-term. For the best results, we recommend using feed designed specifically for your type of poultry or consulting a poultry nutrition expert.

  • Q: How does the Verm-X herbal formula benefit my birds?
    A: Verm-X pellets help support natural gut health and parasite control using a blend of proven herbs.
  • Q: Can I feed Verm-X 250g pellets alongside Allen & Page feed?
    A: Yes, they work well together. Use Allen & Page for daily nutrition, and Verm-X as a herbal health boost/supplement.
  • Q: How should I store the feed?
    A: Keep feed in a cool, dry place, ideally in a sealed bin or container to protect from damp and rodents.
  • Q: Can I buy more than one bag at a time?
    A: Yes. However, due to parcel weight limits, multiple bags may be shipped in separate parcels. (Our limit is 30kg , so anything more than that will be sent in a separate parcel) .

  • Q: Can I feed this to my backyard chickens or pet poultry?
    A: Absolutely. Our feeds are ideal for smallholders, hobby farmers, and pet owners across the UK.
  • Q: What's the typical shelf life of the feed?
    A: The shelf life is usually 3 months from production. However, depending on delivery times and storage, the bag you receive may have slightly less. This is totally normal with high-quality, natural feeds that don’t use artificial preservatives , and also not too big of a worry because you'll most likely finish it by then.
